Welcome to the Pima County Electronic Contracts System!
The eContracts System will allow you to find, view, and print County contracts.
Available search criteria include: County Department Name, Vendor Name, Contract Number, Award Category, and Description. eContracts will return all complete and partial matches for the search terms entered. Each search will return only the first 500 entries containing the criteria entered. You may narrow your results by refining your criteria or limiting by effective or termination dates.
When you find the contract you would like to view, simply select the link within the search results to view more detail and, if available, the contract image. Please be patient, larger contracts may take a few minutes to render the image for viewing.
Please Note: On July 1, 2011, Pima County implemented Advantage Financial as the central repository for County contracts. If the contract you are searching for existed prior to July 1, 2011, any contract documents executed prior to that date will be found under the previous six digit CMS/eContracts number (e.g. 143123). Any documents executed after July 1, 2011 will be found under the Advantage Financial document ID number (e.g. B505001, 10004998, 12000000000000000055, or 12%055 for short, etc.). For best search results, use Vendor Name search or Description search to find both the pre-Advantage CMS/eContracts number and post-Advantage document ID numbers for the same contract.
